i am on overload from my visit there...
so much to take in...
one thing you cannot help but notice ...bikes
it's a city that embraces "the bike" both as a means of transportation, as much as a means of expression
on the streets
in the parks
to the store
'walking' the dog
my bike is definitely coming with me to portland
and if you don't already have one... you can design your very own sweet one at urban outfitters

The first two bikes are quite different, seat raised high up. I have never seen these types before. I love your bike, have to say these are wonderful shots you took. Looks like you are enjoying your time in Portland though.
In addition to the Y & the Pilates class, I pulled out my bike for the first time in a very long while. It's an old, i mean vintage, mountain bike. There is a great path near our house and i see lots of bike rides with the little guy in my future.
I definitely want one of those UO bikes!!!
We will have to meet when you move here! Maybe to go bicycle shopping. :)
